Flared base and neat solid wood assembly for a successful neo-retro design
The wooden top consists of a herringbone assembly of dozens of pieces of wood, protected by a thick, clear varnish, which prevents stains without diminishing the natural appearance of the wood. It rests on slightly flared metal legs, whose matte black colour contrasts with the light top.
