The Atsullivan armchair is lade entirely out of leather and has a certain vintage aesthetic. The leather used is full grain and has been dyed to give the armchair a brownish grey shade and aged aesthetic. This armchair is a perfect addition to a retro styled bachelor pad.
A massive armchair, soft, and full of character.
One of the defining aspects of the sofa are its seams which are roughly stitched together to expose the inside side of the leather at every corner and angle of the armchair. From a distance the seams look like rough piping which gives this armchair its unquestioned industrial appeal.
Carefully selected full-grain aniline leather.
This armchair should be seen as a relaxing invitation to take a seat. With its deep seat and thickly padded innards. The armrests are also very well padded with a dense 25kg per meter cubed foam, which assures a high level of comfort.
For this product, we use authentic full grain leather, handcrafted without any machine intervention. Originally from Argentina or Brazil, the leather has been selected among the top 5% of the world's quality producer. The "aniline" colouring is obtained in the traditional way of bathing in natural colours, without the use of artificial pigments. This finish allows the skin to patina over time, but also to retain the authentic qualities of the leather: a soft and pleasant touch that prevents perspiration when warm. Each piece requires 5 to 7 days of work before being placed by hand on the solid wood structure.
The foam padding of the seat is supported by pocket springs. This traditional method of assembly offers unrivalled comfort and durability, even with intensive use.
